Seven X. Ebeling is the collaboration of two artists working with excess, ornamentation, and the aesthetics of refusal. Their practice challenges the hierarchies that separate “high” from “low,” intellect from emotion, and form from decoration.

Their work exists in layered states—shifting, distorting, resisting containment. It moves through time not as a linear progression but as an accumulation, collapsing the boundaries between physics and perception, structure and excess, and resists closure.
